Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients
Cream Cheese – 180 gms, soft at room temperature
Cream – 250 ml, chilled
Condensed Milk – 200 gms, chilled
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Strawberry Preserve / Jam / Compote – 1/4 cup, mixed well
Powdered Biscuit – 1/4 cup
Directions
- Whip the cream cheese till soft. Add cream to it and whip again.
- Next add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whip till everything is well combined.
- Add half of the strawberry preserve and half of the powdered biscuits to the ice cream mix and mix well.
- Transfer this to an ice-cream dish and add the remaining strawberry preserve and powdered biscuits and swirl it all well.
- Cover and freeze for 6 hours atleast till well set.
