A latte is a hot drink with a base of espresso or coffee. In this Caramel Latte, we are flavouring the milk added to the coffee with a caramel flavour. Caramel and Coffee always made for a great bitter-sweet pair. So this Caramel Latte is definitely worth giving a try.
A latte is usually topped with some milk foam. For this, you need to use steamed milk and froth it using a milk frother to get a thick foam. In case you do no have a milk frother, you can use a whisk or egg beater or add a little steamed milk to your blender jar and blend it for the foam.
Both my kids loved this Caramel Latte, so this is something I make for them when the weather is cold and they ask for something warm and yummy!
