Milk Burfi

Ingredients
Milk Powder – 1 + 1/4 cup
Sugar – 5-6 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chopped Pistachios and Almonds for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together milk powder, sugar and milk. Add ghee to the kadai and add the milk mix to it. Cook this mix on low flame, stirring continuously, till it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Grease a dish with some ghee and line the bottom with parchment paper. Transfer the burfi mix to the dish and press it gently. Press chopped pistachios and almonds on top and refrigerate till the burfi sets. Cut into desired shape and size and serve.
