Ingredients
Gooseberry – 4
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Sugar – ¼-½ cup (adjust as per taste)
Lemon Juice – from ½ of a lemon (adjust as per taste)
Water and Ice – as needed
Directions
- Deseed and chop the gooseberries.
- Add it with the ginger and sugar to a blender along with a little water and blend it well.
- Sieve the juice into a bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, ice and water and mix well.
- Serve cold.
