Chocolate Oats Pancake
Pancakes are always a welcome breakfast option for us as well as kids. And if you make it in chocolate flavour, then it’s always a win-win. When I was looking for options to make pancakes healthier, oats was one of my choices. And you can make it so easily as well.
For making oats chocolate pancakes, you can use either instant cooking oats or rolled oats. If you have oats flour, you can directly use that as well. I generally don’t stock oats flour as we can make it easily at home. So once the flour is ready, add it to the wet ingredients and your pancake batter is ready!

I have used honey for sweeting these pancakes. You can replace it with maple syrup or even dates syrup. The idea is to avoid refined sugar. Since oats are naturally gluten-free, I usually cook the pancake on low flame so that they crumble lesser.
