Apple Almond Milkshake is a delicious and healthy milkshake that you can make for your little ones when they come home from school or any other activity. You can always skip the dairy milk and replace it with a non-dairy option when making it for adults.
If the apples you are using for the recipe are really sweet, you can skip the sugar. You can also replace the sugar with some honey to make it healthier. Since this is a thick milkshake, you can also make it into a smoothie bowl and top it with some chopped fresh fruits, nuts and seeds as well.

Ingredients
Apple – 1, peeled, cored and chopped
Almonds – 5-6
Sugar – 2 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Ice – 3-4 cubes
Dry fruits for garnish
Directions
- Into a blender jar, add chopped apples, almonds, sugar, milk and ice cubes.
- Blend this well. Pour this into a serving glass and garnish with some sliced apples and dry fruits.
