Most kids enjoy cheesy snacks and don’t frown when they see one. Cheesy Vegetable Fingers is the perfect snack for your kids’ tiffin box, in which you can pack all the vegetables you wish too as well. It can also be served as a party appetizer. It is basically an alternative to the vegetable cutlet recipe – it is shaped like fingers. filled with some cheese, coated with breadcrumbs and then can be fried in oil or air-fried to make it a little heathier.
What I love most about these recipes like cutlets is that you can prepare and shape these in bulk and then freeze them. That ways you can always have a batch ready to be fried whenever you need. With a couple of such make-ahead snacks, you do not have to think too much on what to pack in your kids’ school snack box.
These Cheesy Vegetable Fingers also are a fantastic finger food for kids for their party appetizer as well as outdoor picnics. Winters are nearing and that’s when you seriously crave for some hot soups or hot crisp munchies – so how about making a batch of these vegetable fingers to take care of such cravings!
