Protein Milk is a unique and essential protein-based drink for kids, made with a choice of dry fruits and seeds. It is a great and quick way to get the vital nutrients needed to keep our little ones healthy. Instead of using store bought supplements to add to the milk, this is a great way to use home made protein powder that can be added to a glass of milk for your kids.

The protein nut powder can be made in bulk and kept refrigerated. While making the milk, you can also skip the sugar and replace it with a healthier alternative like honey or jaggery.

Ingredients
- For nut powder
Almonds – 2 tbsp
Cashews – 1 tbsp
Pistachios – 1 tsp
Pumpkin Seeds – 1 tsp
Melon Seeds – 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/8 tsp
- For milk
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Directions
- Dry roast the nuts and seeds together till lightly roasted. Let it cool and powder this in a mixie along with the cardamom powder. You can sieve the powder if you prefer.
- Warm milk. Add sugar and 1.5 tbsp of nuts powder to it and bring it to a boil. Serve it warm.
