Instant Kalakand
Simple, delicious and quick – that’s how I would describe this Instant Kalakand recipe. Make this last minute dessert for your next festival and amaze your family!
Making the original kalakand takes several hours & is a lot of arm work as it requires continuous stirring. This lengthy process of reducing the milk to form the solids refrains most people from making this at home. However, when you have a recipe which reduces the time and effort to make this sweet without compromising on the taste, then how can you not make this at home!

Kalakand is a popular Indian sweet made by reducing milk and sugar. This soft sweet is widely sold in sweet stalls and is nowadays also made at homes.
