
Cucumber Juice
Cucumber juice is not just tasty and refreshing but is also totally hydrating and packed with health benefits! It is one of the best juices you can have during the hot summer months.
In my opinion, cucumber is one of the most refreshing ingredients there is (unsurprising since it’s 96% water) alongside watermelon. We can use it in fresh summer salads, toss into smoothies, add it to plain drinking water and even use them on our face. So why not take advantage and learn how to make cucumber juice for a super refreshing treat.

I have flavoured this cucumber juice with some sugar/honey and mint leaves. But you can always add some crushed ginger or any other flavouring of your choice to bring in your own twist to this recipe.

Ingredients
English Cucumber – 1, cut
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Sugar/Honey – 1-2 tbsp
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Mint – a few leaves
Water – 1 cup
Ice – a few cubes
Directions
- Add the cucumber, lemon juice, sugar/honey, salt, mint, water and ice into your blender jar.
- Blend well. Strain and serve cold.
