Ingredients
Boiled Kala Chana/Black Chickpeas – 2 cups
Onion – 1 small, chopped
Tomato – 1 small, chopped
Cucumber – 1 small piece, chopped
Green Chilli – 1 small, chopped fine
Coriander Leaves – a handful, chopped
Lemon Juice – from half a lemon
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Chaat Masala – ½-¾ tsp
Amchur Powder – ¼-½ tsp
Paneer – 100 gms, cut/grated into small pieces
Directions
- Add the boiled chickpeas into a bowl.
- To this, add the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Next, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper, chaat masala and amchur powder and mix.
- Finally, sprinkle some grated paneer and toss it around.
- Serve this salad fresh.
