Ingredients
Apple Juice – 2 cups
Cinnamon Sticks – 1, crushed lightly
Cloves – 5, crushed lightly
Nutmeg Powder – 1/8 tsp
Ginger Powder – ½ tsp
Orange Zest – ½ tsp
Directions
- In a sauce pan, add the apple juice along with the crushed cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg powder, ginger powder and orange zest and bring it to a boil.
- Simmer it on low flame for 8-10 min till the flavours of the spice are infused in the juice.
- Strain the juice and serve hot/warm.
