Tomato and Coriander Raw Chutney

When you want to make a really quick chutney (and I mean really really quick!), this chutney can be your go-to recipe. Just three ingredients and some salt, you have a delicious chutney. It doesn’t really need any tempering either, so a totally no-cook recipe too.

A super easy chutney for dosas and idlis.

Ingredients

  • Tomato – 2, roughly chopped

  • Coriander – 2 sprigs, roughly chopped

  • Green Chilli – 1, roughly chopped

  • Salt – as per taste

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients into your mixie jar.
  • Grind it all together till smooth. You can add a little water to help with the grinding.
  • Serve this chutney as a side with dosas and idlis.
