An immunity boosting drink recipe using gooseberry and ginger.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry – 4

  • Ginger – ½ inch piece

  • Sugar – ¼-½ cup (adjust as per taste)

  • Lemon Juice – from ½ of a lemon (adjust as per taste)

  • Water and Ice – as needed

Directions

  • Deseed and chop the gooseberries.
  • Add it with the ginger and sugar to a blender along with a little water and blend it well.
  • Sieve the juice into a bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice, ice and water and mix well.
  • Serve cold.
