For making this smoothie, try to take mangoes which blend to a smooth puree and are not fibrous or stringy. It doesn’t feel good drinking the smoothie when those fibers come in the mouth. So when mangoes are in season, do try this recipe out.

An easy to make healthy and nutritious Mango Smoothie!

Ingredients

  • Ripe Mangoes – 2, chopped

  • Almonds – ¼ cup, chopped

  • Thick Yoghurt / Greek Yoghurt – ½ cup

  • Honey – 2-3 tbsp (adjust as per sweetness of mangoes)

  • Milk – 2 cups

  • Ice Cubes

Step by Step Process

  • In a blender, add the chopped mangoes, almonds, yoghurt and honey and blend well.
  • To this, slowly add the milk and ice cubes and continue blending till everything is mixed well.
  • Serve cold.
